Password protect your Files

How do I create Passwords for my file?

In Cashflow Manager you have the ability to set up a Password for each Section.

You will need to start with an Administrator password.

  1. 1. Click on [File]
  2. 2. Click on [Password]
  3. 3. Click on [Admin]
  4. 4. Admin Password window will appear. Type in your password
  5. 5. Click [ok]

 

Password for Cashflow

  1. 1. Click on [File]
  2. 2. Click on [Password]
  3. 3. Click on [Cashflow]
  4. 4. Enter Admin Password
  5. 5. Click [OK]
  6. 6. Type in password for cashflow
  7. 7. Click [OK]

 

Password for Invoice

  1. 1. Click on [File]
  2. 2. Click on [Password]
  3. 3. Click on [Cashflow]
  4. 4. Enter Admin Password
  5. 5. Click [OK]
  6. 6. Type in password for Invoice
  7. Click [OK]

 

Password for Wages

  1. 1. Click on [File]
  2. 2. Click on [Password]
  3. 3. Click on [Cashflow]
  4. 4. Enter Admin Password
  5. 5. Click [OK]
  6. 6. Type in password for Wages
  7. 7. Click [OK]

Note: Cashflow Manager does not have record of these passwords
