Rename Business File or Account

  1. 1. Click on the 'Tools' Menu. Click on 'Options'.
  2. 2. Click on 'Rename Account & Business File'.
  3. 3. Your 'Current Account Name' and 'Current Business File Name' will appear in shaded grey.
  4. 4. Below both these boxes are whiter boxes, where you can type in the 'New Account Name' and/or "New Business File Name'.
  5. 5. Click on the [Save] button.
